About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Per Diem at Haven Place, you will provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and documenting patient information. You will also collaborate with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and documenting patient information

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed

• Provide education and support to residents and their families

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field

• Current Pennsylvania RN license

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
