Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with personal injury cases from intake through litigation

• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responses

• Obtain and organize medical records and case documents

• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and court personnel

• Maintain case files, coordinate appointments, and track deadlines

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

• Previous experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal

• Knowledge of New York court procedures and filing requirements

• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines independently
