Dishwasher

Mohawk Meadows Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a skilled nursing facility in Lafayette, NJ, is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to help keep our kitchen running clean, safe, and on schedule. You’ll be an essential part of our dietary team, making sure residents are served on clean, sanitized dishware every day.

What you’ll do:

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment by hand and with commercial dish machines

• Keep dishware and serviceware stocked and ready for each meal service

• Maintain clean, sanitary dish and kitchen areas following food safety and infection control standards

• Empty trash, sweep, mop, and assist with general kitchen cleaning

• Put away deliveries and help with basic kitchen tasks as needed

• Follow all facility sanitation, safety, and health code requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• Able to stand, bend, lift, and be on your feet throughout the shift

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person
