Not everyone thrives on the same routine. We offer structured shift blocks based on client needs and caregiver availability.

Here's what's on the table:

• 8 AM–12 PM | The Early Bird
  Make your mornings meaningful and still have an afternoon.

• 9 AM–3 PM | The Daytime Sweet Spot
  Six hours of caregiving without the traditional 9-to-5.

• 1 PM–5 PM | The Afternoon Advantage
  Not exactly an early bird? We've got afternoons, too.

• 5 PM–9 PM | The Evening Crew
  Help clients wind down and finish their day feeling supported.

• 9 PM–7 AM | The Night Owl
  A 10-hour awake overnight shift helping clients stay safe and comfortable while the rest of the world sleeps.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Good caregiving isn't just checking boxes. It's noticing the little things that make someone's day better.

You'll help clients with:

• Personal care, dressing, grooming, and daily routines

• Safe mobility, transfers, and independence

• Meals, nutrition, and everyday household support

• Companionship, conversation, and meaningful activities

• Observing and communicating changes in client needs

• Following care plans, documenting care, and maintaining safety

Some days it's helping someone get ready. Other days it's sharing a laugh over their favorite story for the fifth time. Both matter.

No CNA certification? No problem. Relevant experience and the right qualifications matter.

A FEW PRACTICAL MUST-HAVES

You'll need a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and a smartphone for scheduling and communication.

GOOD WORK DESERVES GOOD PAY. AND SOME PERKS.

Base Pay: $23–$26/hour

Premium Pay: +$3/hour for overnight, weekend, and some eligible short-notice shifts, bringing potential hourly pay to $26–$29.
