Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

Evening Shift 3p - 11p

Monday through Friday!

Up to $47/hour!

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Support daily clinical operations
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members
• Promote excellent resident outcomes and quality of care
• Assist with clinical decision-making and problem-solving
• Support and mentor members of the nursing team
• Help foster a positive, professional, and resident-focused environment

What We're Looking For:

• Active New Jersey RN license
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach
