Embassy of Hillsdale Park in Hillsdale, PA, is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dependable PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with an Indirect License to join our rehabilitation team!

We have two upcoming coverage opportunities that are perfect for a PTA looking to pick up additional hours or enjoy a longer-term temporary assignment in a supportive Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) setting.

Upcoming Coverage Opportunities

• December 14–18, 2026: PRN coverage needed

• Beginning March 26, 2027: Approximately 12 weeks of Leave of Absence (LOA) coverage

• Candidates available for either or both opportunities are encouraged to apply!

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence

• Monitor and document resident progress

• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members

• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safe mobility techniques

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Net Health and PCC

• Help create a positive, encouraging rehabilitation experience for every resident

What We're Looking For

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license

• Indirect License required

• SNF/LTC experience preferred

• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused approach to care

• Availability for December 14–18, 2026, and/or the 12-week LOA beginning March 26, 2027
