What You'll Do

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

• Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist

• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional resident care

• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility, and safety techniques

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using Net Health

• Help create a positive, encouraging rehabilitation experience for every resident

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program

• Active Pennsylvania PTA license in good standing required

• Pennsylvania Indirect Supervision License preferred

• SNF/LTC experience preferred

• Experience with Net Health preferred, but training can be provided

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality resident care
