Receptionist/Security Job Summary

As a key member of our front desk team, the Receptionist/Security will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility during the evening hours. This dynamic and detail-oriented individual will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing patient flow, and supporting the security team to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Receptionist/Security Responsibilities

• Greet patients, families, and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner, providing information and assistance as needed

• Manage the front desk and reception area, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and coordinating patient care activities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and concerns

• Collaborate with the security team to ensure a safe and secure environment, including monitoring CCTV cameras and responding to alarms

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts, reports, and incident logs

Receptionist/Security Requirements

• Previous receptionist or security experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

• Basic computer and telephone skills

• Security license or certification preferred
