Located near Lake Sunapee, Woodlawn offers a smaller, personal environment where you can build relationships with residents and work closely with your nursing team.

Pay and Scheduling

• $32.00 per hour base rate.

• Additional shift differentials may apply.

• Scheduling based on facility needs and your availability.

• Shifts include days (6 AM–2 PM), evenings (2 PM–10 PM), and nights (10 PM–6 AM), depending on current openings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized nursing care according to residents’ care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition.

• Complete accurate and timely documentation.

• Collaborate with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams.

• Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.

• Current authorization to practice as an LPN in New Hampshire, with a license in good standing.

• Strong communication skills and a dependable, team-focused approach.

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
