Flint Ridge is seeking a Director of Nursing who leads by example, supports staff, and keeps quality care at the center of every decision We’re looking for an approachable, organized RN who enjoys developing nurses and building a strong team

In this role, you’ll:

• Oversee daily nursing operations and help ensure safe, consistent resident care

• Coach and support nurses and nursing assistants

• Partner with the Administrator and department leaders on staffing, clinical priorities, and resident needs

• Guide infection prevention, quality improvement, and survey readiness

• Support hiring, orientation, and ongoing staff education

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff

Qualified candidates will bring:

• An active Ohio RN license

• Nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care

• Knowledge of nursing regulations and survey requirements

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and follow-through

• A hands-on approach to leadership and staff development

• Previous DON or ADON experience preferred
