A beautiful privately owned skilled nursing facility located in Westchester County, NY is looking for a strong and experienced Physical Therapist.

Salary: $50/HR-$55/HR (based on experience)

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid New York State Physical Therapy license

• Experience in rehabilitation or a skilled nursing setting preferred

• Strong communication, patient car, and teamwork skills

• Ability to provide quality therapy services and support patient recovery goals

 
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation

• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery

• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicated patients' progress

• Record and document patients care services

• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well rounded-care
