What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Offer companionship and meaningful engagement

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Help with shopping, errands, and appointments as needed

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and incontinence care

• Support clients living with dementia and follow individualized care needs

• Promote clients’ safety, comfort, and independence in their homes

Qualifications

We’re looking for caregivers who are compassionate, reliable, patient, and committed to providing quality care.

Requirements include:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Current California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, or willingness to obtain it with our guidance

• Current TB test or clear chest X-ray

• Fingerprint clearance through Live Scan

• Required vaccination status or an applicable exemption, in accordance with company policy

• Willingness to travel up to 25 miles for client assignments, as needed
