About the Role:
As a Personal Care Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one care to our clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing companionship and emotional support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed
• Encourage and assist clients with light housekeeping and laundry
• Develop and maintain a trusting relationship with clients and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a caregiving role preferred
• Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
