We are currently expanding our team and looking for dedicated, reliable caregivers to serve clients in the Urbana area.

The Role We are seeking compassionate Caregivers for 12-hour shifts to provide one-on-one, non-medical in-home care. This schedule is ideal for individuals looking to maximize their hours while working fewer days per week. You will work closely with clients to assist with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engaging companionship and emotional support.

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Plan and prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.

• Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, sweeping, keeping the living area tidy).

• Provide reliable medication reminders.

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercise.

• Safely transport clients to appointments or run errands as needed.

Maintain clear, accurate records of client care and communicate updates to the care management team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (personal or professional) preferred.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

• Ability to pass a comprehensive national background check.
