We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA)/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Satellite Beach, Florida. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and transportation
• Monitor and report changes in clients' condition, ensuring timely communication with healthcare providers
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families, promoting emotional support and education
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to provide flexible scheduling, including weekends and evenings, as needed

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients, as needed
