About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist (OTR) with Aspire Senior Living Webb City, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their maximum physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Your expertise will enable you to:

• Conduct individualized assessments and create personalized treatment plans to address residents' functional deficits and disabilities

• Implement occupational therapy interventions to promote independence, safety, and participation in daily activities

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and achieve optimal outcomes

• Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers to promote healthy habits and self-care practices

• Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines and quality improvement initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat residents with physical, cognitive, and emotional impairments to improve their ability to perform daily living skills and maintain independence

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address residents' unique needs and goals

• Document treatment plans, progress, and outcomes in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry standards

Professional Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

• Current OTR certification and licensure in the state of Missouri
