About the Role:

Buckhead Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and personable HR/Payroll Coordinator to support our skilled nursing facility. In this role, you'll handle key HR and payroll functions while helping maintain a welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process employee payroll accurately and on time

• Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records

• Support HR compliance efforts and personnel file maintenance

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally

• Greet and assist visitors, applicants, and staff

• Coordinate with department heads regarding timekeeping and attendance

• Manage basic administrative tasks such as filing, mail sorting, and operating office equipment

What You Bring to the Table:

• Payroll experience required (healthcare experience preferred)

• Familiarity with HR processes, including onboarding and employee recordkeeping

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail

• A team-oriented attitude and a high level of professionalism

Schedule:

• Full-time (40 hours/week)

• Day shift
