We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable BCBA who values high-quality care, thoughtful collaboration, and strong relationships with families and team members. This is a partially remote position with minimal travel, although occasional visits to clients’ homes in the Denver/Aurora area may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Review clinical data, monitor client progress, and modify programming as needed.

• Supervise, train, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians.

• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families.

• Complete treatment plans, progress reports, session documentation, and authorization-related paperwork accurately and on time.

• Provide occasional in-person observation, supervision, or clinical support in clients’ homes when needed.

• Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with BACB, payer, and company requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.

• Clinical experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.

• Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a partially remote role.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel occasionally within the Denver/Aurora area.

• Ability to meet applicable background screening and payer credentialing requirements.
