Certified Nursing Assistant

Overview

We seek a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Duties

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, promoting independence and dignity.

• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families, fostering a sense of comfort and well-being.

• Assist with medical documentation and ensure accurate records are maintained, adhering to established protocols and standards.

• Support patients with mobility needs, including safe transfers to and from beds or wheelchairs, promoting safety and independence.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

• Engage in specialized care in settings such as hospice care, behavioral health units, or pediatrics, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement patient care plans effectively, promoting seamless communication and coordination.

Experience

• Familiarity with medical documentation systems is a valuable asset.

• Experience in specialized areas such as memory care or hospice care is beneficial, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
