Clinical Care Representative – Wound Care

Are you a nurse who enjoys wound care, educating others, building relationships, and working independently in the field?

Curitec is seeking an experienced PT, PTA, RN or LVN with strong wound care experience to join our clinical team serving skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout the San Jose / Northern San Jose area.

This is not a traditional bedside nursing position. Our Clinical Care Representatives work directly with facility clinical teams, providers, and leadership to improve wound care outcomes, provide education, evaluate product utilization, and ensure patients have access to appropriate advanced wound care supplies.

What You’ll Do

• Round in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities

• Work collaboratively with DONs, wound nurses, providers, and facility leadership

• Provide wound care and product education to clinical staff

• Review wound documentation and help identify appropriate product solutions

• Support accurate and timely Medicare Part B wound supply ordering

• Build strong relationships with facility teams and serve as a trusted clinical resource

• Identify opportunities to improve wound care processes and patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic systems

• Travel throughout the assigned territory, with some early mornings and significant driving

What We’re Looking For

• Active California PT, PTA, RN, or LVN license

• Strong wound care experience required

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred

• Wound care certification is a plus

• Comfortable working independently and managing a geographic territory

• Strong communication, education, and relationship-building skills

• Confident speaking with nurses, DONs, Administrators, and providers

• Comfortable using technology, including Outlook, Excel, electronic medical records, and web-based platforms

• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the territory

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday; field-based with travel
