Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Management: Oversee and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure the overall maintenance and upkeep of the facility, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective and efficient maintenance operations.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenses and making recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
• Safety and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for employees and residents.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the maintenance of a comprehensive inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.
