• Oversee and manage all maintenance and repair activities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry

• Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal facility conditions

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to complete projects and repairs

• Identify and address potential safety hazards and take corrective action

• Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness

• Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and contractors

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues
