I've updated the Indeed posting to reflect multiple clients in the Kent, CT area, rather than making it specific to Linda. I also included all three shift options and kept the emphasis on companionship, memory support, consistent scheduling, and the flexibility of per diem employment.

We aim to establish recurring schedules whenever possible to provide consistency for both caregivers and clients.
Weekend availability can provide additional opportunities.
While we cannot guarantee a specific number of hours each week, we regularly have shifts available throughout our service area.

My recommendation for Indeed: I would use “Caregiver / CNA / PCA – Morning & Evening Shifts – Kent, CT” as the actual job title. It highlights the available hours immediately, which may attract applicants who are specifically looking for daytime or evening work rather than a general per diem position.
