? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

? Pay Rate: $21–$29/hr, based on experience

? Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision

• Attend supervision sessions, calls, and team meetings

• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided)

• Engage positively with clients and their families

? Qualifications

• RBT Certification (Required)

• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Active listening and problem-solving abilities
