An established skilled nursing facility in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee nursing operations, strengthen clinical performance, and lead a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily nursing operations and clinical staff.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.

• Monitor quality of care and implement improvements.

• Oversee staffing, training, and employee performance.

• Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve clinical goals.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license required.

• Previous DON experience in skilled nursing/long-term care required.

• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey processes.
