Clinical Care Representative – Wound Care

Ready to take your wound care experience beyond the bedside?

Curitec is looking for an experienced LPN with wound care experience to join our team as a Clinical Care Representative serving the Huntington, West Virginia area.

This is not a traditional nursing position. Our Clinical Care Representatives work independently in the field, partnering with long-term care and post-acute facilities to improve wound care outcomes, educate clinical teams, and ensure patients have access to appropriate advanced wound care products.

If you enjoy wound care, teaching, problem-solving, building relationships, and being out in the field rather than behind a desk, this may be the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with DONs, Administrators, nurses, providers, and other facility leaders

• Round in long-term care and post-acute facilities throughout your assigned territory

• Review wound documentation and identify opportunities for appropriate Medicare Part B-eligible wound care supplies

• Educate nurses and providers on wound care best practices and Curitec’s advanced product portfolio

• Conduct clinical in-services and ongoing education for facility teams

• Work collaboratively with facility staff to improve wound care processes and patient outcomes

• Ensure documentation and product orders are accurate, complete, and submitted timely

• Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing facility partnerships

• Serve as a trusted clinical resource and problem-solver for your accounts

What We’re Looking For

• Current LPN license

• Wound care experience required

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, or wound clinic experience strongly preferred

• Comfortable communicating with everyone from bedside nurses to physicians, DONs, and Administrators

• Strong teaching and relationship-building skills

• Organized, self-directed, and able to manage a busy territory independently

• Comfortable using technology and learning multiple electronic platforms

• Detail-oriented with strong clinical documentation skills

• Willing and able to travel throughout the assigned territory

• Comfortable with early mornings, significant driving, and being on your feet throughout the day

• A proactive personality—you see what needs to be done and take ownership of it
