About the Role

We are hiring a remote Scheduling Coordinator to work as an independent contractor (1099). You build and keep caregiver schedules, fill open shifts, and make sure clients are covered. You work from home. This is an hourly role.

What You Will Do

• Build and update caregiver schedules in our scheduling software

• Fill open shifts and cover call-offs by contacting caregivers

• Match caregivers to clients and keep availability current

• Take calls from caregivers, clients, and families about schedule changes

• Coordinate with our office team in Washington and Oregon

• Leave clear notes so the office can pick up where you left off

Pay

• $17 per hour

• Independent contractor (1099)

• Employee benefits are not included

What We Are Looking For

• 1+ year of scheduling experience; home care scheduling experience is a big plus (home health, healthcare staffing, or dispatch also considered)

• Calm, friendly, and organized on the phone and in writing

• Comfortable with scheduling software; WellSky/ClearCare experience is a plus

• Your own computer, reliable internet, and a quiet place to take calls

• Clear written notes and strong follow-through

• Must pass a background check

Location Requirements

• Remote within the United States only. You must live in the U.S. and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• We are not able to consider applicants located outside the U.S., or applications from staffing agencies, call centers, or outsourcing companies.

• Any U.S. time zone works, as long as you can overlap with our Pacific time office hours.

• A U.S. address and a W-9 are required for tax reporting and the background check.
