About the Role:

In this key position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely completion of Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments. You will coordinate MDS activities within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, making recommendations based on your observations of direct nursing care and documentation. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our facility's ability to provide exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate MDS completion, in accordance with regulatory requirements and facility standards

• Coordinate MDS activities within an interdisciplinary approach to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained

• Observe direct nursing care, review documentation, care plan formulation, and make appropriate recommendations

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Currently licensed as an LPN or RN in the State of Florida

• Possesses excellent clinical records assessment and documentation skills

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a MDS Director LPN/RN
