We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to serve as In Home Companions for our veteran clients in Surprise, AZ 85374. As an In Home Companion, you will provide tailored support to ensure the highest quality of life for our clients, enhancing their overall well-being and dignity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to our veteran clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, playing games, or watching movies together

• Assist with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Prepare meals and snacks, and maintain a clean and organized living environment

• Accompany clients on outings and errands, such as doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, and social events

• Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional condition to our care team

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a caregiving or healthcare role

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to providing care and support

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
