Maintenance Assistant

Grace Heights is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team of dedicated health care professionals part time (16 hours a week).

This position reports directly to the Maintenance Director. We are looking for someone who is dependable, driven, hard working, and has a working knowledge of maintenance-related tasks.

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for, but not limited to:

• daily, weekly, monthly, and annual safety checks

• plant maintenance to include painting, furniture repairs, other repairs, or installations

• ability to use technology for work orders and other cateloging of inspections
