Life Skills Coach DSP - Matthew Macartney

Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Community Support Mentor / Direct Support Professional to provide individualized support to an adult with developmental and intellectual disabilities in the Brick, New Jersey community.

In this one-to-one role, you will help the individual build independence, stay engaged in the community, and work toward personal goals. You will offer steady encouragement, support daily routines and activities, follow individualized guidance, and help maintain a safe and respectful environment. You will also complete service documentation and communicate consistently with the Kindly team.

Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. Applicants must be able to reliably work this exact schedule.

Pay: $17–$21 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Location: Brick, NJ. Driving during shifts is required.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, patient, respectful, and comfortable providing one-to-one support. Relevant experience is a plus. Candidates must be able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
