Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate MDS completion
• Coordinate MDS within an interdisciplinary approach to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained
• Observe direct nursing care, review documentation, care plan formulation, and make appropriate recommendations
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Currently licensed as an LPN or RN in the State of Florida
• Possesses excellent clinical records assessment and documentation skills
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a MDS Coordinator LPN/RN
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
