Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our team at Merit House Rehab in Toledo, OH. As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rehabilitation unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of licensed nurses and caregivers in providing exceptional patient care and services

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams

• Monitor and improve patient outcomes, quality of care, and staff performance

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice

• Manage unit operations, including staffing, supplies, and inventory

• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

Requirements

• Current RN licensure

• 2+ years of experience in a similar management role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in electronic medical records and documentation
