Pharmacy Technician – Overnight | 7 Nights On / 7 Nights Off

Concept Pharmacy Services is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support our long-term care pharmacy team in Ashland, PA. Join a collaborative, non-retail pharmacy environment focused on accurate and timely medication service to healthcare facilities. Training is available for the right candidate.

Schedule & Starting Pay

• 8:00 PM–7:00 AM | Seven nights on, seven nights off

• $19.00/hour starting ($16.00 base + $3.00 shift differential)

• Work 72.5 hours and receive pay for 80 hours per pay period.

• Full-time overnight schedule with seven consecutive nights off between rotations.

What You’ll Do

• Assist pharmacists with preparing, labeling, organizing, and processing medications under appropriate

supervision.

• Help ensure medication orders and related materials are handled accurately and on schedule.

• Perform routine checks and support pharmacy quality assurance procedures.

• Maintain organized work areas and follow established pharmacy policies and safety procedures.

• Communicate with pharmacists and team members to resolve questions and support workflow.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and basic computer skills.

• Dependability, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Ability to manage priorities in a busy pharmacy setting.

• Pharmacy or related experience is helpful; training is available.

Additional Pay for Qualifications

Starting base pay is $16.00/hour. Eligible employees may receive an additional $0.50/hour for a two-year

college degree, $1.00/hour for a four-year college degree, or $1.00/hour for military service. Additional

compensation for relevant prior experience may be considered based on qualifications. Applicable shift

differentials are reflected in the advertised starting rate above.
