CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for compassionate CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our caregiving team in Mansfield, MA. We have an urgent need for dependable caregivers who want to make a difference in the lives of clients while enjoying flexible scheduling and consistent weekly pay.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities

• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home

• Follow each client's care plan and daily routine

• Report changes in client needs or condition to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

• Able to reliably attend scheduled shifts
