Avir at Park is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As part of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our organization.

About the Role

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, handling various tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting. You will also assist with recruitment efforts, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, preparing job postings, and maintaining applicant tracking system

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including processing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information

• Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and employee benefits education

• Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
