About the Role:

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Ph.D. or Psy.D., you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for older adult patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a range of mental health conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches in the field of geriatric mental health

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
