Now Hiring: Personal Care Assistants (PCA)

Helping Hearts USA LLC | Flexible Day & Night Shifts | $12–$14/Hour

Helping Hearts seeks compassionate, dependable, experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide quality in-home care to seniors and individuals who need help with daily living.

Shifts range from 2 to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.

• Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ well-being.

• Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
  

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or PCA experience preferred.

• Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude.

• Experience with personal care and blood sugar management.

• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Current TB test
