Helping Hearts | Flexible Day and Night Shifts

Helping Hearts is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced HHAs and PCAs to provide quality in-home care to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living.

Flexible availability is required, including day, night, weekend, and extended shifts ranging from 3 to 12 hours. We strongly encourage candidates with open availability and dementia care experience to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.

• Support clients living with dementia and memory-related conditions.

• Offer companionship, reassurance, and emotional support.

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.

• Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ well-being.

• Report changes in clients’ health or behavior.

• Provide transportation to appointments and errands when needed.
  

Qualifications

• Previous HHA, PCA, or professional caregiving experience.

• Dementia care experience is strongly preferred.

• Open and flexible availability for day, night, weekend, and extended shifts.

• Compassion, patience, reliability, and strong communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
