HIRING EXPERIENCED DEMENTIA CAREGIVERS!

Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking patient, compassionate caregivers with experience supporting clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.

• Assist with meals, hydration, and medication reminders.

• Support clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and memory-related conditions.

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.

• Monitor clients’ well-being and report changes or safety concerns.

• Complete accurate documentation and follow care plans.
  

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional caregiving or related experience.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Reliability and professionalism.

• Ability to complete required background checks and drug screening.

• Reliable transportation and, when required for the assignment, a valid driver's license and insurance.

• Arrive on time.

• Remain attentive throughout shifts.

• Follow care plans, safety procedures, and company policies.

• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.

• Complete required training and documentation.
