Complete Care at Holiday City is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team at our 180-bed skilled nursing facility in Toms River, NJ.

We are looking for a hands-on clinical leader who can inspire nursing staff, strengthen clinical outcomes, and maintain high standards of resident care. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care.

• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing leadership and clinical staff.

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations.

• Maintain survey readiness and implement quality improvement initiatives.

• Partner closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to achieve facility goals.

• Monitor staffing, clinical performance, and resident outcomes.

• Foster a positive, accountable, and resident-centered nursing culture.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license or valid compact RN license required.

• Previous Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of clinical regulations, survey processes, and infection prevention.

• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage nursing operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
