Complete Care at Marcella is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team at our 150-bed skilled nursing facility with a 5-star overall CMS rating.

We are looking for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about resident care, staff development, and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team with strong regional and corporate support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care.

• Lead, mentor, and support nursing leadership and clinical staff.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.

• Maintain survey readiness and oversee clinical quality improvement initiatives.

• Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to support facility goals.

• Monitor staffing, clinical outcomes, and nursing department performance.

• Promote a positive, accountable, and resident-centered nursing culture.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license or valid compact RN license required.

• Previous Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and clinical compliance.

• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to lead teams, develop staff, and drive positive clinical outcomes.
