At Willow Creek Assisted Living, we’re looking for a Resident Care / Staffing Coordinator who can do both: keep every shift covered and make sure every resident gets personal, dignified care. If you’re organized, calm under pressure, and care about seniors, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Resident Care

  • Conduct health risk assessments and analyze incidents, accidents, and falls

  • Make regular rounds, monitor dining and activities, and make sure medication management protocols are followed

  • Keep families informed about services and changes in their loved one’s condition

  • Coordinate pharmacy services and medical equipment and supplies

Staffing & Scheduling

  • Build and manage the care staff schedule, including rotating and on-call schedules, so every shift has the right coverage

  • Track and log call-offs and quickly find coverage for open or vacant shifts

  • Monitor attendance and overtime

  • Work with payroll to confirm hours are accurate

  • Supervise caregivers and CNAs, create assignment sheets, and help with onboarding and training

Compliance & Operations

  • Keep accurate resident records and audit care delivery

  • Make sure the community meets state and federal regulations

  • Take part in facility meetings and committees as directed by leadership

  • Respond appropriately to emergencies

Why Work Here

  • A role with real ownership over both resident care and how the team runs

  • A smaller assisted living setting where you get to know residents and families personally

  • A team that values organization, follow-through, and compassion

  • Competitive pay of $25–$30/hour

Benefits

  • Comfort using computer systems for scheduling and documentation

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, move throughout the day, and lift up to 25 lbs (up to 100 lbs with assistance)

  • Annual TB screening and physical per facility policy

This role involves working in a 24-hour care environment serving seniors, including residents with cognitive impairment.
