Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Onyx Care of Farmerville. As a key member of our leadership team, the Maintenance Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance and upkeep of our facility, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our patients and staff. Maintenance Director is a full-time position reporting to the Administrator.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facility equipment, furnishings, and grounds

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment

• Manage and maintain inventory of supplies and materials

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards

• Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
