Mount Carmel Senior Living Community is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team!

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence

• Deliver quality outpatient rehabilitation services tailored to each patient's needs and goals

• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, safety, and strategies to maintain functional independence

• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using Net Health

• Maintain compliance with professional standards, facility policies, and applicable regulations

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Active Pennsylvania PTA license with Indirect Supervision authorization required

• Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred

• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations is a plus

• Familiarity with Net Health preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• A compassionate, positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional patient care

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
