Park Inn Manor, part of The W Group, is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist. We’re looking for a warm, organized, and dependable person to be the first face residents, families, and visitors see when they walk through our doors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer, screen, and route phone calls and take accurate messages

• Maintain the visitor sign-in log and follow facility check-in procedures

• Receive and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries

• Monitor front desk supplies and maintain an Excel inventory spreadsheet

• Keep the front desk and lobby area neat and welcoming

• Support general office and administrative tasks as needed

• Communicate resident and family requests to the appropriate staff

• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 to 2 years of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or senior living

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

• Self-motivated, reliable, and takes initiative

• Compassionate and patient when working with seniors and their families
