? What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, community organizations, and referral partners.

• Coordinate admissions from the initial inquiry through the move-in process.

• Serve as a welcoming point of contact for residents and families, guiding them through the admissions journey.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Village Green and its services.

• Conduct facility tours and showcase the quality of care and services we provide.

• Maintain communication with referral sources and community partners.

• Collaborate with the facility team to support census growth and resident satisfaction.
