Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Lumberton, NJ. 

About This Opportunity 

This can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule. 

What You’ll Do 

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community. 

• Provide community-based support, including outings and the gym. 

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals. 

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs. 

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions. 

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team. 

Qualifications 

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule. 

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one. 

• Valid driver's license.

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training. 

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. (plus 1 Saturday a month- flexible)
Pay: $17-$21/hour
Location: Lumberton, NJ
Driving on shift: Required
