Parkview Care and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for our PRN overnight shift, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. This position offers the opportunity to provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff, and help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support nursing operations.

• Supervise and guide overnight nursing staff while promoting teamwork and accountability.

• Conduct rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and unit operations.

• Respond to changes in resident conditions and coordinate appropriate follow-up with physicians and the nursing team.

• Address clinical and staffing concerns promptly to maintain a safe care environment.

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, documentation requirements, and regulatory standards.

• Assist with state surveys, regulatory audits, and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation.

• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
