Customer Service Concierge SNF

Walking into a nursing home for the first time can be scary for a new resident and their family. As our Customer Service Concierge, you’re the friendly face who changes that. You’ll welcome them, show them around, introduce them to the people who will care for them, and check in to make sure everything is right.

This isn’t a desk job where you push paper. You’ll get to know residents and families, solve problems, and see the difference you make every day. Brighton Healthcare wants to be the leader in customer service in the nursing home industry, and at Deer Park, this role is at the heart of it.

What your day looks like

• Welcoming new residents and families and walking them through admission

• Working with Admissions so rooms are ready and staff know what each new resident needs

• Introducing residents to their caregivers and our departments

• Checking in daily with new residents during their first few weeks

• Visiting long-term residents every two weeks to hear how things are going

• Following up after admission and after discharge to make sure everyone is happy and safe

• Being a true advocate, making sure every resident is treated with dignity and respect

You’ll be great at this if you…

• Have 1–2 years of customer service experience (hospitality, retail, or healthcare all count)

• Are warm, patient, and naturally welcoming

• Like solving problems and can calmly handle tough conversations

• Stay organized and keep your cool when things get busy

• Have a high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills

• Can lift up to 50 lbs and be on the move during the day

• Can be flexible with occasional extra hours, weekends, or holidays
